Biographical Information:

Rebecca Charbonneau is a PhD candidate in History and Philosophy of Science and a Gates Cambridge scholar at the University of Cambridge. She specializes in the history of aerospace and astronomy in the 20th century, focusing particularly on radio astronomy and the search for extraterrestrial intelligence. Prior to her studies at Cambridge, she earned a Master of Science degree from the University of Oxford, followed by internships at NASA’s History Office and the National Radio Astronomy Observatory (NRAO) archives.
