Scott Turnbull has been looking to the heavens for more than 50 years. A young spectator of the Gemini and Apollo space programs. An engineering student while the early interplanetary probes and shuttle systems were being built. His career in microelectronics and software engineering helps him understand the science and technologies involved in space exploration. Believing you should never stop learning new things, Scott's many hobbies include astronomy, autonomous aeronautics, robotics, and high power sport rocketry. Scott is currently working in higher education as a research engineer and taking graduate classes to extend his own technical horizons. With 30 years of STEM outreach to various youth groups, he enjoys sharing the history, news, and future of space exploration with students of all ages.
